Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Mikahs Auto Detailing and Services LLC ("Mikah's Auto Detailing," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide mobile auto detailing services in Lexington, Columbia, Irmo, and surrounding areas of South Carolina. Pricing, availability, and scheduling are confirmed directly with you.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program description & use cases. When you opt in, Mikah's Auto Detailing may send you text messages related to: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and service updates, quotes and follow-ups, and (with your separate consent) marketing and promotional offers. Opt-in is collected via a checkbox on our website forms; consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to all messages.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mikah's Auto Detailing is not responsible for any charges, delays, or failures in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or device.

We handle SMS opt-in information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, submit a form, or opt in to receive text messages from Mikah's Auto Detailing.

Payment & Cancellations

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mikah's Auto Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
